Both are out of the match against Cape Verde. Arrascaeta has not yet debuted in the World Cup due to the right calf strain suffered in the final stretch of Uruguay's preparation. The problem kept the number 10 out of the Celeste's first match in the tournament, against Saudi Arabia. Uruguay will not have Arrascaeta against Cape Verde, in the second round of Group H, but is preparing the Flamengo player to face Spain, in the last round.
